STATEMENT OF ISRAELI VISA APPLICATION JURISDICTIONAL PRINCIPLE

Please be kindly informed of the following statement from the Israeli Embassy and Consulates in China, regarding the Visa Application Jurisdictional Principle:

“First, please strictly adhere to the jurisdictional principle (issue place of passport) when applying for a visa with Israel Embassy and Consulates in China.

Furthermore, if issue place differs from the birth place, the place of issuance shall prevail.

Additionally, if your current work and residence differs from both birth place and issue place, please include your local work residence permit and social insurance proof enclosed with your application file to justify the necessity of applying across-jurisdictions.

The above requirements are applied to all visa categories except applications with Israel Interior Instructions, and here goes the jurisdictions in China as reference."
