- Without bookings with appointed medical institutions will not be allowed to have medical checks.
- Medical checks can only be completed at appointed medical institutions, and visa applications should be lodged within one month as for medical check date. Failing to lodge applications with Israel visa application centers under time limitation may lead to visa processing extended, which are at your own risk.
- Registration with appointed medical institution, you are required to provide all accurate, complete and true information regarding yourself, your first-tier agency (who will lodge your application with visa application centers) and construction company. If the info is inconsistent with the one you are presenting at medical institutions, you can possibly be refused to attend the medical check. Only re-registration with accurate, complete and true information, you are allowed to book and take medical check with appointed medical institutions on time. If any inquiries regarding medical check bookings, please contact appointed medical institutions.
- All workers arriving at medical institutions will be confirmed whether it is the second medical check or not since 11 November 2024, also second medical check reasons, first-tier agency and construction company’s information will be required. All second medical check requests will be pending on the feedbacks. Worker, first-tier agency or construction company will be informed later regarding how to forward next. Any delay due to the fact is at your own risk.
Important Statement: Except the appointed medical institutions, NO any company, agency or individual can work as authorized institutions for Israel work visa medical checks. If anything happens related to unauthorized company, agency or individual, it is at your own risks.
