Reminder: The embassy or consulate may contact the inviter via the phone number on the invitation letter. Please ensure that valid contact details are provided. Otherwise, it may affect the visa application processing time or the application result.

1. Without bookings with appointed medical institutions will not be allowed to have medical checks.
2. Medical checks can only be completed at appointed medical institutions, and visa applications should be lodged within one month as for medical check date. Failing to lodge applications with Israel visa application centers under time limitation may lead to visa processing extended, which are at your own risk.
3. Registration with appointed medical institution, you are required to provide all accurate, complete and true information regarding yourself, your first-tier agency (who will lodge your application with visa application centers) and construction company. If the info is inconsistent with the one you are presenting at medical institutions, you can possibly be refused to attend the medical check. Only re-registration with accurate, complete and true information, you are allowed to book and take medical check with appointed medical institutions on time. If any inquiries regarding medical check bookings, please contact appointed medical institutions.
4. All workers arriving at medical institutions will be confirmed whether it is the second medical check or not since 11 November 2024, also second medical check reasons, first-tier agency and construction company’s information will be required. All second medical check requests will be pending on the feedbacks. Worker, first-tier agency or construction company will be informed later regarding how to forward next. Any delay due to the fact is at your own risk.

Important Statement: Except the appointed medical institutions, NO any company, agency or individual can work as authorized institutions for Israel work visa medical checks. If anything happens related to unauthorized company, agency or individual, it is at your own risks. 

As of 08 October 2024, all photo consistency requirements for Israel visa applications will be imposed on four photographs in the B1 category (one to be affixed to the application form, one to be attached to the back page of the passport with a paperclip, one for the International Travel Health Examination Certificate, and one for the International Certificate of Vaccination). Please refer to the list of documents for Israel visa application for specific requirements.

As of 08 October 2024, all photo consistency requirements for Israel visa applications will be imposed on two photographs in all other category except B1 category (one to be affixed to the application form, one to be attached to the back page of the passport with a paperclip).
