Before choosing the VIP Express service, please carefully assess whether your situation meets the eligibility criteria set by the Consulate General of Israel in Shanghai.
Requests for the VIP Express service will be accepted only if you provide the following supporting documents:
- An invitation letter clearly explaining the urgency of your request.
- Paid flight tickets showing travel within the next 10 days (flight reservations are not accepted).
- Any other supporting document that justifies the urgency of your application.
If you do not provide the required supporting documents, the Consulate may refuse your request, even if you have selected the VIP Express service.
In this case:
- Service fees will not be refunded.
- E-mails requesting faster visa decisions will not be processed.
